Biography:

I have been practicing law in the Baltimore metropolitan area since 1985 with a focus on the needs of businesses and the people who operate them. Most of my clients are owner-operated businesses, where the owners have a personal stake in their business outcomes every day. My clients do business in a broad range of commerce, including health care, insurance, hospitality and food service, medical and dental practices, commercial day care, higher education, and commercial real estate.

My clients are more than corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies - they are the people who risk it all every day trying to succeed in their business. Their needs stretch across a broad range of legal disciplines, and my experience as a commercial lawyer allows me to provide them the guidance they require to navigate the problems they face each day. I am equally able to advise them in their personal matters, providing estate planning, probate services, and assistance with personal contract and real estate matters.
